The customer service was terrible the clerk was very rude and disrespectful. The staff children were terrible playing and running around. Plus the key card to open the door once arrived wasn’t activated. Than the next person was duty wasn’t pleasant either plus it took nearly 45 minutes for me to get in my room last night. I want my full refund back

I was locked out of my room for an hour. The key pad would not work not even with the emergency key the hotel had! I was constantly blamed for the door not working the hotel rep was saying “I must have locking it from the inside” Finally someone came with a door charger and charged the door so I can get it! But I was told I can’t lock the door or I can’t get back in because the key pad needed to be switched out! No one offered me to change rooms or anything. Both supervisor Phill and Heather was contacted with no results!

Stayed in a handicap accessible room. Shower area was poorly designed - all the water from the shower "ran in to" the bathroom area making the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery. Breakfast area was very good but not always well stocked.

The free breakfast was good, the jacuzzi room was better than expected. Especially for the price however I didn’t like how the door slams shut VERY LOUD.
