Rooms was dirty, none of the plugs was working, the lights wasn’t working. Sheets smelled like cigarettes and bleach. Never again will I stay here

The overall feel of the property is that it needed a major refresh. The bathroom fixtures worked but were cheap and 1980’s dated. The light fixtures were plastic barely hanging on. The carpeting needed to be ripped up. The clientele seemed a little seedy.

Baymont on 13 Mile Rd in Roseville, MI is a horrible place to stay. The rooms were dirty and filthy. The bathroom look like it had not been cleaned in years. The shower curtain was molded. There were stuff on toilet. Let’s not mention the fact when we checked in there were prostitutes out front. There were guys hanging all out in front of the hotel. We felt very unsafe. Even the outside property was dirty. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could have gotten my money back I would have and we had about 10 rooms rented, the rooms on the website does not reflect how the hotel look in person. Do not book this hotel. You will not be satisfied at all. The staff was also very rude.

The up keep on the property was horrible the hotel had non smoking signs all around the room but it smelled like a fresh pack of newports were smoked right before I got there

This place looked nothing like the pictures. There was overflowing trash in the hallways and I didn't feel comfortable there. I reserved for 3 nights, but canceled the last night and went somewhere else. This was a $40 (at best). Place to stay.
