It was not clean. Loud partys over weekend. Had to ask 3 times to have room cleaned and replace towels. No breakfast as advertised. Booked 7 nights, checked out at 8am after 5th night. Refused to give refund for last two nights. Man at desk didn't understand english.

My stay was horrible

I booked a room with a hot tub there was a big Crack in it and when u turned it on it smelled like sewer water. so I asked for a new room they gave me one then when I get in that room there was a big Crack in the tv I asked could we have a new tv he said there was nothing he could do so then I asked could he give me money back on my room he told me all he can do is put a note in computer please help me what can I do about my stay cause I didnt like it at all someone walked in the room that was not witg me with a key card this stay was horrible i think i should get a full refund or a free night or two

DO NOT STAY HERE

This place is so run down and terrible. I reserved a room here last minute because I was coming into town for a funeral and I tried to cancel because the pictures are nothing like the actual rooms and hotel, but they gave me and hotels.com the run around so I was stuck here. There were stains all over the walls, broken lights and fridge, no coffee pot in the room, and the floors were not swept or mopped. I did not feel safe even with a cop parked out front and they NEVER serviced my room in the 9 days I was there.

at least it was affordable

It wasn't a very safe feeling place. dirty parking lot random people outside playing loud music in the middle of the night. Hard to understand the inn keeper. He gave me a room key for a room that was already being used by someone else. The sheets were stained yellow and black. Even after asking for new sheets those were also bad. Was glad to leave. If you are low on cash it is a a place to stay however

The hot tub room we booked didn’t have heat had an heater attempted to double charge and then mentioned a “deposit fee” which wasn’t mentioned during booking or on site. The front desk attendant was awkward and not friendly.
