Room issues: 1) Box of facial tissues should have been replaced. There were only three in the box. 2) Lotion bottle should have been refilled prior to my stay. It ran empty on the 2nd day. 3) Water pressure in shower would suddenly decrease and then increase. 4) Gad to call the front desk on Saturday night/Sunday morning at 1:45am due to loud noises in the hallway for over a half hour.

Property was clean. Breakfast was decent, just a little frugal. The only thing I would like the property to fix is we didnt have enough towels or body wash. I had to go to the service desk for more.

Check in was different... I was told the computer has shut down so it resilted in us being given the keys to an occupied room, but luckily no one was there. Just their bags. Then a staff member came to check to see if our room was occupied but instead of knocking she just used her keyboard to enter. Luckily we were just sitting there... But things could have been awkward a bit later. 😉. Outside of that I would definitely stay again. The breakfast options were great and there was something for everyone tastebuds.

Perfect location to stay when visiting Detroit. 20 mins from downtown area and 20 min from zoo and CJ Barrymore amusement center. Clean room, nice pillows. Coffee available all day. Quiet area. A few restaurants around. Nice breakfast at hotel.

Best property on 11 mile where you can stay extremely clean and it’s worth the money people are nice. Breakfast was very good just all around five*5*****shout out to the front desk staff
