Beautiful hotel but nasty staff. I wanted to check this place out it was a first time stay. I had a bunch of bags and they don’t allow you to pull carts. The buss man at the door stated to me “this not that type of hotel” because I asked if he had a full cart and I can’t touch any what do I do? what do that mean? If you can’t touch the carts it would be nice to have them available upon arrival waiting for guest. The doorman really rubbed me the wrong way. Even when a cart guy came he kinda brushed us off grabbed all of the items in his hand and proceeded on. Nice hotel but the experience would make me stay else where.

This property is very beautiful, the staff are very friendly, it is in a great location. There were two things about the property that would make it so I would not stay at it again. 1) The wall from the hallway to the front room as well as the wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area are made of glass bricks. This meant that the hallway light was always shining into the room. And if anyone went to the bathroom after dark and turned on the light it was like turning on the overhead light in the bedroom. With a family of four we were constantly waking each other up. 2) We were on the seventh floor and could still hear the street noise, cars, drunk people filing out of the bars, etc. If you’re a light sleeper this will really bother you.

Close to St Andrew's Hall for a quick concert venue last night. Hotel is gorgeous, the room we stayed in on the 8th floor was spacious and clean. I have zero complaints about my stay. Capt'n Tony my shuttle driver was the best part of my stay.

I booked a standard room and it still gave mini apartment vibes. You have a whole living room and then stairs leading to the bedroom and bathroom and still have a door to close off between the living and bedroom

extremely outdated

The rooms are VERY dated. Great location and staff are some of the friendliest I've encountered. For the price this hotel just doesn't meet expectations. Needs updating badly!
