Terrible experience

In the ad the doors were on the inside but our room was on the outside of the building. With it being my daughter and myself I would never booked a room with the door outside the building. It was VERY noisy. There was no curtain so the light shined through the window in the sun so the room was never dark so we got very little sleep.

Very reasonably priced. Older but well maintained. Spouse loved the heated indoor pool. Kitchen area well stocked with cookware and tableware. Interior rooms surround pool/recreational area so can be noisy if other guests ignore quiet hours after 10:00pm. Only had a problem on one night of 7-night stay.

Room was not as advertised. Everything was dated and a/c was not cold. Kids did enjoy the indoor pool. The towels were thin and some had stains.

To the families, don’t hesitate

This hotel definitely met my expectations. My girls loved the indoor pool and so did I, as I could see them from my window. The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean and super spacious. The 2 bathrooms were an A+. It’s near the waterpark and arcades. It’s also walking distance to the beach. This hotel is now my go to

We LOVED the softness of the beds We LOVED the location We loved the cleanliness of the condo. The rooms were clean ,but couches in living room area were outdated. On the website it stated no children would be on premises for the dates we booked but yet they were. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The pool inside was a bit cold Jacuzzi was not hot enough as well.

This hotel was amazing for our family. Everything was great. Beautiful pool, we tried to use the hot tub but we weren’t unable not sure if it was under maintenance but the pool was great Great location! I totally recommend it.

I would never stay here again. This place was not handicapped, accessible at all. When I found out that there was no elevator I made a point to call to request a ground floor Room when I arrived. I was told I was on the second floor I need tremendous amount of help getting up and down steps. When I tell the clerk that I requested the ground floor she told me, oh, we can't. Guarantee that then she proceeded to look in. The computer it saw that I called and notes were put in the computer about the request. Then turned to me and said, would you like a refund now? I just got off a flight. I'm not from here. I have luggage the difficulty. It would have taken to try to find a new place. Knowing that the refund would not take place for at least 5 days, it was insulting and embarrassing. There's not even a ramp to use to walk up to the ro, if I had a wheelchair, I would have been really displaced. My vacation was ruined because up-and-down the steps were too difficult so I could only go out once a day. I can't believe in 2025. There was no handicap accessibility. This is illegal and discriminatory for you to have a facility and not be able to accommodate the disabled. The equipment was on the furniture was old. The sheets you can tell have been worn with stains. There were areas of rust throughout the condo. This was not pleasing at all part of the cabinet. With turn off the vents had rust on them. The least that could have been done was give me the option to canc

Disappointed.

My family and I have been staying at Club Destin for 18 years now . This was the first time we experienced rude service. 1st My daughter arrived 2 hr before us due to heavy traffic for us . I called to ask if they would let her in our room they said no, Even though in years past they have with no problem. 2nd problem, We had requested a ground floor due to my husbands double knee replacement and I knew they had no elevators. But was told they had no vacant rooms on the bottom but yet I counted 10 the next morning. 3rd my so brought a Series of movies to watch in the movie theater room They would not play them and again it never had been a problem in years past. But we made the best of our vacation, and yes we are very likely to stay again .
