had a concert at the hotel left no room for guest to park, had “security” with guns but not ID or any indication they were security walking around. Manager and front desk personnel were rude and disrespectful. We had to leave did not feel safe and the halls and front lobby full of drunk people. Stoney Creek wouldn’t refund us our money. The concert was not advertised we weee not aware of the amount of crowd that would be there. They said they didn’t have to tell us cause of privacy clause. There was parking a block away in an unlit abandon park lot. Please let me remind you this was in January!!!! Will never go back again Horrible hotel, managers, and staff!

Birthday Stay for Husband

This hotel is close to home. We got a room with a hot tub and also a nice fireplace on a cold winter night. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again.

Though this property is somewhat dated, our grandkids and I still really enjoyed the stay! We loved having the bunk beds in the room and the pool was great. It was awesome that the pool was open so early in the morning - that's a game changer when you have kids that are early risers! Also, the staff were very courteous and friendly!

We stayed at the Cottages. Our room had a jetted tub. We will filled the tub and turned on the jets, and there was nasty orange colored chunks that filled the water. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs when sleeping. The bed linens were not soft, very thin blankets, overall just uncomfortable and not appealing. The room itself was large, that part was nice. The room and amenities were outdated. The staff at the front desk was nice and polite. For the cost of the room, we will not stay again. Overpriced for that you get.

Frozen Pipe

After coming home to a fozen water pipe, I selected a move to the Stoney Creek Cottages. Friendly and caring staff greeted me and greatly surpassed my expectations with a large room containing , nice linenes and toiletries. Breakfast was included with a wide variety of selections.

Our room had bobby pins on the floor in several places and the water took a long time to warm up for the shower and the pressure was very low. The sink was very slow to drain, so a few maintenance things to improve the room for future guests. We love staying at Stoney Creek Hotels and this was the first time we have been disappointed in our stay. Staff were great, friendly, and professional!

Couples stay

Check-in was easy and Meosha at the front desk was a gem. Told us if we needed anything to let her know. Room was comfortable, clean. Overall a great couples stay in a whirlpool cottage.
