This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and hard to find. When we first arrived we had to wait a while along with other guests just to check in because no one was at the front desk and there was no way to notify anyone that someone was there. We had to track down a life guard at the resort to let them know a group of people were waiting at the front desk to be let in. The window in the front room did not have a curtain and it caused it to be very bright in that room all night long, making the pull out bed difficult to sleep on. The noise was awful in the middle of the night. There were ants everywhere. The phones did not work. The hot tub in our room did not plug the water very well. The property clearly appears to have fallen into disrepair. I left another review for our 2nd stay and it was very similar to our first stay only the room was messier and the noise in the middle of the night was louder.

We stayed at this hotel at two different times. This property has terrible customer service! Worst I've ever experienced in my life. When we arrived there the first time, there was no one available to check us in. In fact, there was a line of people still waiting to check in when we got there. After about 15 minutes I went and found a life guard at the pool and told them a large number of people have been waiting to check in. After checking in, we found our pullout bed did not have bedding and when asked we were only given a small sheet and the staff came off as if we were bothering them. The front room with the pull out bed had a window that did not have curtains covering it, allowing a lot of light into that room, making sleep very difficult regardless of the time of day. Plus it was noisy late into the night, with loud guests still going at it until almost 2 am. The condition of the property had fallen in to disrepair in many areas as well. Plus, there were ants everywhere. We even had party decorations still in our room from a prior guest so clearly these rooms aren't cleaned very thoroughly. I traveled with 4 children ranging from 1 to 11. They enjoyed playing at the water resort.

The location and kid friendly is the only thing nice. The rooms were really rough. The curtains were stained and missing part of them, the bathroom door did not open or close, the shower was extremely cold water only. The containers for shampoo and conditioner, etc.. were empty but placed up on the counter to make it look like they were replaced. The tv wouldn’t work in the room. The hot tub was luke warm, the pool had more outside people then the customers paying for the hotel who should have been the only ones enjoying the pool so instead you had so many kids crammed into the pool area. Which made the kid pool unsafe for littler toddlers from all the bigger kids trying to take over the area. Breakfast was so limited as well! Choices were cereal or yogurt which is bizarre considering they have a full kitchen since they have a restaurant inside the building and that’s were breakfast is located. Staff could care less about anything.

I was expecting at least hot water and decent water pressure for $200 a night stay. I informed the front desk and they told me it was expected for the amount of people staying in the hotel. I wish I were told in advance, I would have stayed somewhere with an adequate water heater. Garbage in the halls and it smells like cat urine. Don’t expect a hot breakfast either. If you’re going there for the water park , stay somewhere else.

Check-in was with a person who didn’t know how to smile and looked miserable to have to help anyone. She also neglected to mention that we could have driven to a doorway close to our room instead of us having to carry our bags- no trolly was in sight. The pool had a look of murky water, it was horrible, it was so hot, could not a fan be put in the ceiling to remove some of the heat for the parents and grandparents watching their children? The carpet was wet in the room next to ours where our daughter and her children were staying. A fire alarm went off, and, with a police presence- not what was expected for a comfortable night and sleep. Never again would we stay at any hotel in this chain… never ever have we had such a terrible experience. The pillows were great!

When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. Apparently the person who was there quit and left the facility and the manager had to come back. I waited about 45 minutes. The manager was very kind and efficient and did a great job, kudos to her! My family had a great time and life guards were a great amenity!

The hotel was not kept up very well. There was rust all over the light fixtures and the air-conditioning units. Curtains were missing in one of the rooms. Although the kids enjoyed the pools, they also were not in very good condition. The carpet in the entire place looks like it needs to be replaced.

We stopped for the night to break up our long drive across the country. Our room was awesome and the teenagers loved the pool and slides. Highly recommend the little bit extra money to get their suite, so much room, especially after being cooped up in a vehicle for so long. The staff were all very nice that we encountered. We enjoyed the arcade and the restaurant as well. The price was reasonable all around and the pizzas we had we great! Mixed and matched different pizza types/flavors half and half! The pool area was clean and fun for everyone. Only conmplaint there was the temperature of the area was like a sauna! Overall great stay and would come back to stay again!

Stayed one night here with my family for a surprise fun evening with the kiddos, we only got to spend 30 minutes in the pool because it closed early, we booked a room at a water park hotel and could not enjoy the water park. The hot tub did not work. During check in, the staff gave no information about the hotel, it was like pulling teeth to get any pertinent info out of him (pool hours, check out time, breakfast area, ect.) The toilet in our room was clogged so anytime we need the restroom we had to go use the bathroom all the way across the hotel by the lobby/pool area. During breakfast, we got there 45 min after breakfast started and they were out of everything and there was no place to sit because all the tables were dirty and sticky from previous breakfast eaters. My family will not be staying here again and i would recommend you not waste your money either. Very disappointed.
