Missing hairdryer
My room did not have a hair dryer when I checked in (11:45 pm) I went to the front desk and they said they would bring one to my room the next morning. By roughly 9 the next morning I still didn’t have one. I asked housekeeping and they told me to call the front desk, I did and several minutes later I was brought one. I plugged it in and turned it on and the inside of the hairdryer literally was on fire blowing white smoke. I immediately unplugged it and left it set as I had to leave for the day. When I returned I took the faulty hairdryer to the front desk and told him what had happened and that could I please get another one, but I needed it early 7:30-8. By 830. I still did not have a hairdryer. I went down and ate breakfast and then stopped at the desk and asked them for a hairdryer, by 10 o’clock I still did not have one and I had to leave for the day. I don’t carry my own because it takes so much space up and one is always furnished. I always have had good service at this hotel and was extremely disappointed and on a sidenote, I did not request it, but I had a handicap room on the main floor by the side entrance, perhaps signs posted would discourage youngsters from running up and down the stairs at a time people would be sleeping.
Honestly it was very dirty, there was an ant on my bed. Not only that it was not clean at all! The carpet, looked disgusting. The bathroom as well just was not cleaned well. I’m not usually a person who complains, but we heard a mouse in the walls. The one good thing about the place was staff, they were super kind! But in all the place was not great
Hotel very out dated, doors didnt lock, poor breakfast selection, smelled of smoke and pot. When asked for towels they only give one. If ask for another not happy about it. Toilet seat didn’t stay on. When cleaned room didn’t leave clean towels and took dirty ones. Didn’t even put toilet paper on Office chair broke
Very dirty hotel! I’ve stayed in many and have never seen a mouse in my room until this stay! Bedding wasn’t washed, towels were dirty and burn holes everywhere
Found mice in our room and mights under the blankets, pool had algea and things growing on the walls then couldnt get a refund after being there an hour
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our stay was so bad I feel like others should be warned. We were put in a smoking room, which we did not request, and the smell was overwhelming. The walls were filthy, with visible grime and stains. The bathroom was even worse—the floor was dirty, and the door didn’t even shut properly. It was honestly gross. On top of that, the noise all night long in the hallway kept us up. People were loud and disruptive, and it felt like there was no soundproofing at all. Several of us were hurting the whole night from lack of sleep and discomfort. I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed.
Good value for the price: heated pool, good tv channel options, free breakfast! Across the street in a more expensive hotel my friends had to pay $30 for their breakfast…

Trashy Hotel
The hotel was clearly run by 3rd world management. There were alcohol cans in the window sills both days we were there, towels in the hall that the staff ignored, overflowing garbage cans and genetal trash in walkways. I will not stay there again.
Well, first thing I noticed was..1.the entry door to my floor had a key card lock that didn’t function, so the door closer didn’t close as designed. It leaves the entry unsecured, and anyone could wander into the hallways..
2. I saw a cockroach scurrying around my room until I dispatched it..
3. It was a Smoking Room, Yet NO Ashtray, I’m glad I brought my own..
4. Other than the aforementioned issues, I had a nice quiet stay, might stay there again.
I had to change rooms 4 times because the plumbing was so bad and wasn’t even offered a discount or free room

The property itself looks very nice other then the shopping cart that was outside by the entry way for the two days we were there. Our first room had water under the tub surround because they didn't caulk around the new tub surround. It was so bad it felt like you were standing on a water bed. We were moved to another room and although much better still had water underneath and the Heat / Air unit did not work all that great either. It looks like the hotel tried to make some updates but the installation part of some items was done cheaply.
We stayed one night out of our reserved 4 night stay because we came to realize we had a rodent occupant in the room with us! The pool room was disgusting and clearly completely overlooked as all the walls were covered in green mildew. Not to mention the infestation of ants in multiple parts of the pool room.
The level of cleanliness was questionable at best, but it’s safe to assume little to nothing is cleaned. Let me give you an example, we checked in at 3 PM on the first day, and I noticed a cup of coffee sitting abandoned. Then on the second day we checked out because of the mouse. When checking out of the hotel the receptionist asked if we wanted to stay downstairs as if that would make a difference with there being a rodent problem and I immediately declined as the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I can say this is one hotel I’ll never return to. Why get into the hospitality business if you can’t keep up with basic cleanliness it’s a rip off for the guests who get conned into this place with old pictures of the interior and exterior!
