Disgusting musty and over-deodorizing smell in hallways. Elevator carpet and walls were so stained and dirty. All of the carpet in this place needs to replaced.

When I was checking in, their computers crashed. Took forever to get my room. Baseboards were pealing off in the room. Only 3 pillows for 2 people. Would have been nice to have 2 pillows per person. Continental breakfast was about what you’d expect. Not great, not bad. Nothing special. Pool area was nice, hot tub wasn’t very hot though. Gym was nice, good equipment, but very average for a hotel gym. Again, nothing special. Gym had 2 treadmills, both worked, 1 bicycle, 1 elliptical, dumbbells, weighted balls, cable machine with very limited attachments. Staff was okay, I’d say hi or good morning/night going to and from and they’d just nod or not say anything at all and ignore you. Always seemed to be talking on their cell phones too. Overall, it’s okay. You get what you pay for and there’s a reason it’s cheaper.

This was the best Wyndym hotel I have stayed at. Room was clean (minus two ink stains on the sheets), the continental breakfast was good. Service was great and they had a coffee bar which was great.

Mediocre at best

I had high hopes because of the decent reviews and rating. It was mediocre at best. Good: parking lot well lit, staff was nice. Bad: bed was uncomfortable, the room and bathroom were very small, breakfast was not good.
