I didn’t give it higher marks because of the staff when I checked in, where my room was and the janky way there is no direct access to the front desk to check in. The woman who checked me in couldn’t have been more disinterested in customer service and didn’t look very professional. Then the hotel was clearly almost empty, but I was put on the 3rd floor almost as far away from the elevator as you could get. There was no reason to put me at the far end of the hall, but I was too tired to make a fuss. Room was great, bed was super comfortable, nice amenities. My only other complaint would be that the handicapped parking is around the end of the building in the back and there is nowhere to parking near the front entrance to check in. So until you get checked in and get a room key you can’t access the side entrance.

The hotel was outstanding. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was construction on the property next door. Also, you could hear very clearly all of the other doors in the hallway. It was loud. All night. And the bed was a little harder than I prefer. But the convenience is fantastic. It’s very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower…omg…it was so fantastic.

I stayed here for four nights in April 2025. The first two days were nice. The second two were miserably bad. A happy dog in an adjacent room barked incessantly, and the front desk staff would not move them. I will never stay at a Home2Suites again. Beware.
