My best friend and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend of 4/11/25 for one of my friends wedding. When I walked in, the true atmosphere of the hotel was absolutely great! the staff was absolute fantastic! I also want to thank the staff for being so nice, helpful and cordial. Especially staff member Westyn at the front desk. During our stay, the first night we experience concerning disturbances including someone forcefully knocking and pounding on the walls as well as repeated instances of the same room pounding on the floor and quickly leaving which was occurring for over 10 minutes late night. So, I reached out to the front desk twice about it when a member of the front desk showed up to handle this situation from there. Westyn handled the situation with impressive professionalism and efficiency. He absolutely deserves high praise and I genuinely appreciate the way he took care of everything. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay at GrandStay Suites! the staff, cleanliness and the breakfast was absolutely awesome!! The room was very clean, bed was really comfortable, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!!

Beautiful new hotel

This is a beautiful new hotel just opened in September 2024. The rooms are large tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful with a large indoor pool and large hot tub. The breakfast area is large with lots of tables. The breakfast was good but more protein options are a must. The only protein option is a hard boiled egg. The coffee was great. Thanks for the great stay.

Poor costumer service, manager had her daughter running around. It was my son's birthday and the little girl kept coming over for presents and cake. We gave her a piece but the manager didn't try to keep her daughter from interrupting.
