we stayed here after a concert so we checked in late at night. tge check in was good. customer service at that time was good. when we got to our room it looked clean and well kept. however the moldy musty smell was over powering. we tried to just deal with it because it was so late but it was unbearable. went back to the desk to speak with them about it and the gentleman was quite rude about it. asked why we waited so long to say anything. i stated ut had only been 30 min since we checked in. he came to the room walked in and asked what the problem was....apparently he was nose blind. we did get another room but with more hassel than necessary.

We could not find the entrace. We had to walk around the building to find it should have had a entrance sign. It is an old old building needs updates. Rooms were okay the lampshades were extremely dusty very noticeable. But the bathrooms were clean and the overall cleanliness was okay. The motel was right across the street from the fairgrounds so that was very convenient for us so we were able to go to the fair and enjoy the day. Easy check in and out.

I lived thia toom it was veey clean bed was amazing. The guy at the front desk tried to make me pay a deposit when i was told only time they charge a deposit is if u are paying cash if ur paying woth a card no deposit. After 5 minutrs of arfuing we finally got our already paid for room. The breakfast was decent as well

I killed 7 spiders over the course of 2 nights. I killed 6 in my shower and one was in my bed. Carpet in the room feels like a swamp. Rooms are not terrible but are not good. You get what you pay for I guess, but I will never buy a room here again.

When arriving to the room, my son went to the bathroom and we discovered blood on the bathroom wall/light switch and door frame. Then we also found blood on the Kleenex box cover. I immediately told front desk, they said maintenance would be there to clean it. We went out to eat and when we got back there was still blood on the door frame and Kleenex box cover. I saw the maintenance person in the hall and said it’s still not cleaned up and he said do you want me to go back in but I’m pretty busy right now. I said whatever I guess and took my kids to the pool. When I asked about a refund or discount I was told idk I’ll have to check with my manager. I have yet to hear back from anyone. The bathroom vent was broken, there was dried wax or airhead like candy on the floor next to the couch. Paint is chipped and peeling away from the shower as well. Definitely over priced for not that nice of a facility.
