The room was big, clean and comfortable. The lobby was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good with his options. I did not like that some customers brought their dogs into the dining area. I didn't care for the flying fur from the dogs landing on my food. Otherwise, we really enjoy Drury. We have stayed at several in the South.

Clean from the parking lot to the room. The floors were gleaming, as were the smiles of the staff. Parking was a little tricky because the place was full. Wish you could access the lobby from the back of the facility without checking in first, because we had to park there then walk around since we didn't have card access.

Front desk staff member was amazing! The amenities were beyond anything I've experienced with other brands which includes Hilton, Marriot IHG. Room was beautiful! I was surprised that there was daily housekeeping services. That was kind of so-so. However, after 5 years of no housekeeping, it was still a treat.

We had a great stay other than our first night we couldn’t sleep as there was a light from a business across the way, where a very bright light shined into our room all night. We went down to complain. I was given a sewing kit to sew the curtains together! Like whaaat?! The following night was allot better after we found the blackout curtains that did not close all the way.
