Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is false advertising; it’s not complete, few amenities are still missing or under construction. The buffet was supposed to open at 8:00 to find out that it pushed it to 9:30. The rooms are dirty and no phones were available; which makes it hard to communicate with the front desk. The access to the property is very difficult and somewhat scary. At it’s almost impossible to drive on the narrow access at night without the risk of falling in the ditch.
