A comfortable and clean hotel
A very comfortable and spacious hotel/room with all the required facilities. The shower was very hot and there was no way of cooling it down; it was too hot for my liking and it took a long time for me to be able to wash my hair satisfactorily! The bonus was the Asian restaurant across the road from the hotel, if you like Asian food! the breakfast choice and supply was plentiful, but some people were not able to get seats for their meal (it was a Saturday so extra busy). The walk along the river to town was pleasant and well signposted.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast on first morning was good however due to an oven fault on the second morning choice was very limited. Lift wasn’t working when we were leaving which meant having to carry all luggage downstairs from the 3rd floor.

It's Derby, it's a Hi express. Great value for money for 80 quid. Very comfy and good staff. Needed a good night's sleep and a good, relaxing breakfast. Got it. Better than premier inn in terms of value.
