Beautiful Hotel! Older but kept very clean and in beautiful condition! No hand soap in the bathroom so had to use a body wash or bar soap but other then that it was very nice. The bed was very comfortable!

Be warned-the shower does not come with the seat unless you book an accessible room even though every photo of every room shows it having the seat. They could not move us to a room with one for our 3 nights there. I had to go buy one for the stay.

Great Stay very kid friendly.

Everything was great except the fridge in our room didn’t work but we made due. I highly recommend the breakfast and the pool hours were very nice since my kids like to wake up super early.

I had never heard of this hotel until I found it on Expedia. It was a lovely surprise in the middle of other hotels. Upon walking in I felt like I was at a nature preserve as there is a creek, Koi fish and lush plants with a bridge in the courtyard. Our room was lovely and spacious. Dinner was delicious (Wagyu Steak) and our server was so nice. My only negative is our room had a slight odor like moisture (we were on the first floor next to the creek). And the odor in the pool was so strong we didn't use it as planned. Besides that it was a great stay and a great value.

Breakfast buffet/omelette station was great. Room size was gigantic, clean, and very nice. We had a view of the koi river/jungle out our window on 1st floor. Super nice staff. These hotel rooms are more like being at home, and not a cookie cutter generic hotel. This is not a chain and you can tell.
