Overall good, one small complaint
Overall a good place to stay if you’re leaving from DIA early in the morning. Didn’t spend much time, but the room was comfortable. My only complaint is that when I called to find out where to pick up the hotel shuttle from DIA after we dropped off our rental car, I was simply told “Island 3” in the ground transportation area. Island 3 is quite long, so I said “where on Island 3?” The initial response was just a repetition of “Island 3” but I insisted there had to be some indication of where on Island 3 the shuttle would stop. I asked which door of the airport building was closest to the stop, and was finally told 512, which fortunately turned out to be where we were standing. We could easily have been at the other end of the Island.

I had to cancel my trip for healthy issues and the property didn’t work with me on cancelation. I get it that was their policy but sometimes compassion goes a long way in business.

I checked in late, and there was no one at the desk, but upon his return he said he had been tied up due to a car break in stating is happened often around this hotel. There was trash all over the street from vehicles clearly parked/camped there. Hotel was clean, you have to ask for room service while there, it doesn't happen daily. Breakfast was standard.

Rated low because of poor service at front desk and breakfast quality. Person at front desk was on her computer and had to wait for her to acknowledge our presence. No greeting! Seemed to resent our interrupting her. Afterwards check-in was OK, except she volunteered no information about the hotel and/or amenities. Not a good first impression of your hotel. Breakfast was poor in terms of selection and quality, and not competitive with other hotels in your price range.

Only a one night stay to catch an early morning flight but it did the job.. nice room, loved the huge shower I didn’t feel cramped up.. the front desk clerk was super nice and took care of me and my family right away.

Our trip was extended due to a flight bump. We needed somewhere for one extra night until we could get our car and it was a perfect spot. Shuttle from the airport and back to pick up our car. Clean and comfortable, with some great spots across the parking lot for food, drinks, etc. to pass the time. Was a nice place to stay.
