Beautiful view of the front range of the Rockies from our 6th floor room! We enjoyed great room service, the beds were comfortable (not hard like most hotel mattresses), and the room was clean and well-stocked.

15 min check in when there was only one party ahead of us. Long winded staff member. Then, the key would not open our room door. After getting a new key, it was determined the battery for the door needed replacement. So in total 40 min to get inside our room after already a long day. Service tech was good though, quick to repair and get us in once he arrived. This seems like something that should not happen with a proper maintenance plan.

Restaurant was yummy and reasonably priced. Nice to have a coffee place too on site but the extra charge got non dairy milk was ludicrous! $2.85 USD for coconut milk is ridiculous. And the room service app didn’t work which was annoying. So I ordered the first night with an order card but then another was not provided to me with my food. I finally got another one at the front desk for my last night and then my food was delivered 45 mins earlier than I had requested so they actually woke me up. My room was nice, the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. I unplugged my fridge though because it was making an awful noise. And no microwave in the room was odd.

Serious heat and AC problems
I was there for a business conference. The room was clean, check-in went smoothly. My complaint is the lack of heating. On the first night I called then went to the front desk twice. Each time I was told someone would be there in about 10 minutes after 30-45 I checked back. Each time the excuse was different with the same outcome. The next day I told the front desk, and the heat was on over 80 when I got back to the room. I turned it down and it did not come back on. The next day I reported it again. It was a hot day outside I left the shades open and did not attempt to cool down the room. I bought a room heater from Walmart. The conference rooms were frequently so cold people were wearing their winter and fall jackets during the lectures. conference.

We were quite disapponted in this hotel. It feels as if this Westin is showing its age, and cutting lots of corners. We had booked a room with a sofa, but it was missing that furniture. The rug was worn and coming up in places, and the toilet paper was incredibly thin and cheap. They offered us the internet for free, but we found the service to be terrible (the security level was so bad our usual websites, like the NYTimes, wouldn't allow us to open them). The staff was friendly and nice, and the lobby and restaurant were fine, but overall we would not recommend it.
