Way over priced. Other people’s stuff was in my room when i arrived. Mechanical noises most of the night. Understand the location to airport but crazy expensive for what it is. Coming from someone who traveled 60% of the year or more/.

I recently had an unexpected stay at here during my work trip from Tampa to San Jose for a large conference, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Due to multiple delays with my flight departing Tampa, what was supposed to be a quick layover in Denver turned into an overnight stay. To add to the chaos, my bags were lost, and I was feeling quite stressed and annoyed. However, the moment I walked into the hotel everything changed for the better. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making me feel right at home despite the hectic day I had. The front desk service was amazing—hands down one of the absolute best check-in experiences I've ever had. The receptionist was not only efficient but also took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay, even offering assistance with my lost luggage situation. I also had the chance to unwind at the lobby bar, which was perfect. The drinks were great, and the service was top-notch. I truly enjoyed the conversations with the bartenders and other guests, which helped me relax after such a long day. While it wasn't the day I had planned, the team truly turned my experience around. Their attentiveness and genuine care made all the difference. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a much-needed sanctuary after a long day of travel woes. We had a morning flight out of DIA after spending a week skiing. We had a lot of luggage and a rental to return. Someone helped unload the car onto a luggage trolley, another person guided us through check in and up to our room. After a comfortable night’s rest, Tim, from the Westin, arrived at the requested time and helped us with our bags all the way through to bag check! It was the perfect ending to a great Colorado vacation!! ( and Tim was the best!)
