Not our first stay at this property and because of location and convenience not our lat but this trip was subpar. Yes they were crowded on a holiday weekend but staff was ungracious, give credit to stress but still. Took forever , like an hour to get bags delivered. We would have wrestled them ourselves but were told it would take 15 min and got a curt response when we called to check at 30 min. Room really was not made up well either.

The room was fabulous, as was the lobby and restaurant. We had a cool view of the light rail system. Plane noise was not noticeable. The only downside was the body wash in the shower was empty so we had to use the shampoo.
