Great location for Auraria campus schools, LoDo, and Ball Arena. Everything walkable around there. Nice rooms. Decent, not great breakfast but sufficient. As with most hotels, it could use better pillows.

I like to go to Games across the street and this is the best place to stay. Its within walking distance and you don't have to fight traffic before or after the games. Also lots of restaurants close that are amazing.

Check in and valet was very quick and easy, room was very clean and cozy. Property was withing walking distance to Ball Arena, where we were attending an event. Breakfast was great and check out was very quick. I would definitely book this property again if I have an event at Ball Arena.
