Nice property! Big, clean, and quiet!

Beautiful big suite for a reasonable price. Full kitchen and laundry, if you need it. Very quiet and comfortable. Good location, walkable to some things in the Highland area. Parking is a little tough, and expensive in the garage, though. Sonder does make you jump through some hoops when you book, but once you figure it out and get your room code, it's all good.

Check in was terrible, no designated parking for check in, so had to hunt for parking space on street then haul luggage to front door. No mention of parking garage on app, then of course the additional cost of garage parking. Once inside it was very nice, but the parking situation is a deal killer for us, no more stays with this group.

Great location, friendly and eager to help staff. Desperately need black out shades for more privacy throughout all the windows, and it was a huge negative not having a TV in the bedroom.

Very friendly staff and available for questions. Clean and very nice rooms, nice pool and courtyard area. Sonder app worked great for mobile entry and messaging staff. Mobile key only didn't work for the last 24 hours, but still had the keypad code to get in. Only suggestion, parking should be free in the ramp as parking availability is not readily available around the building on the street, and it has restrictions everywhere.

The property and my room were very nice. I loved the big windows, which allowed natural light come in. It was big, spacious, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is if somehow the windows can be where I can see outside but the people on the outside cannot see inside. I was a bit shocked to see that everyone can see what’s going on inside from the outside. But overall this place was lovely.

The property was clean and up to date. The communication from the property with instructions on how to access upon arrival were nonexistent and there is nobody on site. We had to download an app and message someone when the code to the front door and our room didn’t work. There were no instructions given prior to arrival on parking or any codes. The fire alarm went off on our last night for hours! Everyone in the building had to exit the building and nobody ever did tell us it was okay to go back in, we just did.
