Front desk was rude especially about my kids. Housekeeping doesn’t speak enough English to understand guests. Kept asking for a broom or vacuum so we could clean up but we kept getting the run around. I booked this room because it was cheaper and they offer breakfast but the food wasn’t the best besides the waffles and muffins

Staff especially the night male front desk worker was extremely rude, and acted like we were bothering him to check in. Housekeeping refused to give us enough towels and stated we needed to grab them from the front desk, when we did the front desk stated they did not have any. We ran out of TP, same issue.

Friendly staff with a decent room, however the room was connected to another one and the the guests next to us were very noise at super early hours (4am) and the staff didn’t do anything about it.
