wasnt told about any of the amenities such as breakfast, if there was a pool, or about the star bucks. also had to wait hours just to get sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa and also had to wait hours after calling twice for towels and when receiving the towels it wasnt what i requested. There was no trash bags and called asking for some we never received had to go out and buy our own. when we arrived there was throw up by the elevator that wasnt a pleasant smell as well as what it looked like young kids in the hallway partying. but we did sleep well and very convenient to shopping and eating places

This is a cool looking hotel at first glance, but when you look more closely it isn’t that clean. Our TV was completely unplugged and when we finally got it working, the remote didn’t work. The shower leaked so bad all over the bathroom floor. You have to pay a minimum of $32 to park which was not included in the property details. The staff was somewhat helpful but we found them to be kind of rude and made every question seem like a hassle. It’s in a super sketchy area too, dirty and littered streets surround it. There wasn’t even a single water in the fridge either. Would recommend to go some place else.

The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. Outside of that, the hotel and service was average at best. $32/day for parking when in hotel information guide on the TV it said $13/day. $25 upcharge for a mountain view room which was not mentioned beforehand. Overall, poor experience and would not recommend staying here.
