The property is old, but seems clean. The kitchenette is great except for the roaches in the cabinet and microwave. My room (220) had some very poor repair work to the tiles around the tub/shower combo. The bed, sheets and pillows were very nice.

Low budget feel without the low budget.

It was not a great hotel. The overall hotel had a very low budget feel to it without the low budget. We have stayed in many hotels for that price that were in much better condition. We will not use Mainstay again.

They accommodated us very gracefully when I requested a room on 1st floor near reception or elevators for a person with reduced mobility. Breakfast buffet was quiet generous and offered many choices.
