Hated everything dirty noisy no parking for pulling trailers towels used bed was dirty never changed sheets it looked like someone checked out and they just come up and refolded everyone even remade bed very loud people walking down hallway all hours of night and to top it off the tv didnt work i wouldnt stay here or recommend it to anyone and way over priced for conditions

Rundown and Dingy

The first room that I was put in had no cords to open the blinds and it was a dark and dingy room on the first floor -- felt like a basement. They moved me to another room which had the buildings huge cooling unit right outside the window which was impossibly loud! As a person who travels with their pet and pays the pet fee -- I find it frustrating that hotels gives us pet stayers the worst rooms in the building even though we pay more and are always over respectful of being good guests with our pets.

Good stay in SE Denver metro area

All was good with the stay. Staff accommodated our request for a room on the east side of the building to reduce the 24/7 racket of heavy traffic on adjacent I-25. Breakfast was decent with steady supply of biscuits and gravy, which should be considered as a bonus in this lodging category.

The reception ladies were EXTREMELY personable - friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They greeted us when we arrived, wished us well when we left, and greeted us again when we returned. They gave us information about local dining options and shared personal experiences.
