Zero complaints

The staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed. The room was very clean and comfortable abd haf a good view. The shower has excellent water pressure most hotels water pressure sucks lol. I have zero complaints and I will stay here again in the future.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel. If you are having a hard time choosing between this one and the one next door pick this one you wont be disappointed. I've stayed both and this is the better one.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel this night. I have stayed here before though. I ended up not needing the room. I would not recommend renting rooms through Expedia. Between the time I booked the room and when I realized I no longer needed to stay was about 15 minutes but Expedia rules stated I couldn't be refunded. Bad policy.

We arrived here after driving 12 hours. Ordered some pizza and sat in the lobby to enjoy it and let the kids get their wiggles out. Staff told us we couldn’t eat there and the space was for others. We relocated our meal, our two toddlers to our room. A bit later water was spilled on the (hard floors) grabbed a towel to sop up the water. When I picked the towel up it was black from dirt on the floor. The wall in our bathroom was destroyed, I’m guessing by a pet who was left unattended, but not repaired. A few floor pieces were not like the rest and sat higher leaving a tripping edge that had been torn up with traffic leaving sharp pieces exposed for tiny feet to get hurt. This was directly between both beds so not out of the way.

Needs work, noisy freeway location

Hotel was clean. Needs work, peeling paint, holes and gaps in the floor. This location is loud because it is right off the freeway.
