Loved the design of the room, spacious and modern. Had a ground floor room that opened up to the garden and pool, was beautiful and well kept despite being winter. Great stay in a safe location, staff was friendly and helpful.

The first room I was assigned had the smell of mildew, the carpet had not been vacuumed (there was gravel on the carpet) and the drapes were crumpled as if caused by the heating vents. Fortunately, the staff reassigned me to another room which was very clean. The pleasant front desk staff were very professional and happy to help with the situation and the manager insured that the remainder of my stay was acceptable.
