Unsafe for others honestly but if you know your street smarts it's a walk in the ball park. Loved the place, sometimes the urban feel of the city gives it's beauty more than a high end hotel. Which are nice too but these spots ground you and remind you where you are standing on planet earth.

This property is nothing like the listing shows. They do not offer many of the amenities that they list. The pool was “closed for renovations”, there is no breakfast bar, and the private spa tub is actually a very ordinary bathtub that does not drain. The building smells old or like cigarettes depending on what area you’re in. Oh, and they don’t offer refunds or do late checkouts. The night staff was friendly though, so at least there is that. Overall this was the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had. Definitely false advertisement.

Photos lie about amenities
Photos really misrepresented the place. Showed a pool and breakfast bar but they didn't have them. They went out of their way to tell me this during check in which tells me they know their ad is deceptive and have had complaints already. All they had for the morning was some coffee and a list of fast food places near by. Place was in rough shape. Photos must be old. The hotel doesn't look like this anymore.

Honestly after reading some of the reviews I was nervous to stay here and for what my husbands opinion would be. We came down for the Denver vs Greenbay game so we only stayed one night. For the price it was a great place to stay staff was friendly from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, there our some homeless people that hangout in the back parking lot, but they dont bother anyone. My husband drives a 2018 Dodge Challenger and we never had to worry about the car, the parking lot is sucure and the homeless people they actually keep an eye out as well, if you dont like the homeless people then I guess thats negative for you but we stayed there on a Saturday, a game weekend and its located downtown and our vehicle was fine. The bed was comfortable the room was a decent size, had a great spot for me to do my makeup and the bathroom was clean, the only complaints we have are the pool was closed, they where not serving breakfast ( cant remember the reason), and the tolit paper could be alot better so you might want to bring ypur own, other then that it was great even have a nice view of the downtown skyline at night that is beautiful to see, and the location is great if your going to a game as it is right around the corner from the broncos stadium. Definitely worth the price if you are only coming down for a night are two, I mean I could stay a week and would be fine. ( just bring your own tp)

My flight to Denver was cancelled by delta & the staff was rude & did not help me to get a refund or switch the dates etc . This was beyond my control and the fact that they could not even assist or show compassion a little rubbed me a terrible way. Will not be rebooking or recommending anyone to go there. If they treated me like that over the phone I couldn’t imagine in person.

legit was the most disgusting 18 minute stay of my life. this place was disguising their motel as a hotel online, the door didn't shut all the way because of it being KICKED IN, the shower and toilet seat were stained with who knows what, and there was unsafe gang looking activity in their parking lot. after being so thoroughly disgusted in less than 20 minutes, I asked for a refund as this does not look like what we booked for online. they said it was not in their policies to refund and offered a second nasty room at the "main location" aka the only hotel on this corner, surrounded by smaller motels. I declined to receive a new room due to the incredibly uncomfortable vibes given from the entire property. asked to speak with the manager, she was not on site and was only called from the singular employee working's cell phone. She refused to let me talk to the manager and only offered a different room after I declined that originally, saying the manager also said it is not within their policies to refund. I asked for them to print out the receipt of me checking out to show we were checked in less than 20 mins and I would dispute with my bank. She said nothing, shrugged and gave me a receipt. A receipt showing that this TRASH MOTEL ROOM is normally eight and zero doll hairs and this MOtel was going for one three zero??. do NOT stay at this revolting overpriced MOTEL. AWFUL services and apparently overworked and underpaid since only 1 staff member was working. 0/10 recommend

The pictures when booking looked ok but when you actually get there it’s a budget motel. There were tweakers outside by the front doors when trying to check in. They had a pool but was out of service and room amenities were very basic.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, lack of service, rickety elevator, empty, cracked pool, just awful. When checking in, 1 guy at the desk, totally unprofessional, slow, mumbled about people as he was helping guests.
