Traveling with children - the hotel shuttle is convenient and the restaurant is a nice amenity. I appreciated that they had snack packs available if you were traveling earlier than breakfast was served.

Great property. We used this hotel as a mid point in our travels. The airport shuttle was very convenient. A little crazy to navigate from the airport, but when leaving the hotel it was on time as scheduled. Hotel staff very kind.

Check in was at 3pm. My arrival was way earlier, I called and let them know I would be there around 7am and asked if they could accommodate an early check in. The front desk was able to help with this in no time and set me up with a room. This saved my trip as I had to work remotely from the hotel

It was ok. The staff was quite reserved. I felt invisible. At check in I was given zero info about the hotel and amenities. The shuttle was disappointing. The nice Hyatt shuttles are used only for flight crews. I opted to use the RTD A train instead of waiting 30 mins for a shuttle from the airport. I was able to get a shuttle back to the airport. It had marriott and aloft on the sides and was filthy. This was my first experience with Hyatt and I wasnt impressed at all, nor were they really trying to. Ive seen more enthusiastic employees at walmart and McDonald's and thats hard to find. Ill probably stay somewhere eles my next visit to Denver and gladly pay a little more.

The hotel was clean and convenient for an overnight layover. My only complaint was with the shuttle service. When we landed, the shuttle driver told us that his shuttle was only for crew, fine, when I asked him where the passenger shuttle was he said there wasn’t one. We ordered a Lyft, got to the hotel and were informed that there was a passenger shuttle after all.
