Although there were busy streets around the hotel, there was no noise from outside in our room. That was great. Unfortunately there didn't seem to be any effort to mute sounds from other rooms. We could hear one neighbor's TV even when they weren't in the room, and we could hear conversations from both rooms on either side of ours. Very disappointing.

Great place for a little getaway. You do need to take a Lime bike/scooter to get around Denver as it's so spread out. I had some last minute changes that required me to cut my trip short by a day and they were gracious enough (through Expedia) to refund the last day.

Parking lot (entirely outdoors) was bumpy. $15 daily charge was appropriately waived when I checked in although the checkout person attempted to charge me. Free breakfast wasn’t worth the price. I haven’t any idea why they can’t make coffee that is a strong brew. Front desk was very friendly as was everyone with who I made contact. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s fine.
We booked this stay to celebrate our anniversary. I let them know this when I booked and said if there was anything they could do to make it special, it would be appreciated. I was thinking maybe they’d leave a card with a couple chocolates, a single flower, nothing fancy. They did nothing. I never even got a reply. When we checked in I asked about getting Hyatt reward points for the stay. He said he’d find out the answer and let me know. Never heard back. We splurged and booked the king suite. It was a nice big space—which shared a wall with the open-24/7 workout room. Trying to fall asleep we could hear the thud-thud-thud of the treadmill and clanking of weights. The exterior of the building looks quite rough; the interior is nicer and has been remodeled. Lastly, personally I think it’s absurd to charge $15/night for parking in a regular parking lot. Not covered, not gated, just a lot. This place is serviceable, but don’t expect any bells or whistles, or for staff to go above and beyond.

Reserved a room with a view based on wet positive reviews of the hotel and its staff. Glad I did! Hotel lobby was clean and just looked nice. Staff was welcoming and just plain nice people! Rooms were clean and in good shape overall other than the typical dings from use. Housekeeping did a great job daily! Plenty of options to eat at the included breakfast. The only bummer was lack of seating at the entrance as we waited for rides. Both benches are kind of small and both near smoking stations. It was a comfortable stay for our 5 days in Denver!
