They had one guy working valet on a friday night , he was very very busy. It would have been a very long wait so i had to park behind the hotel.

The only thing that I didnt like was the parking. They has valet and it was $64 the night. I thought that was a little steep wven for New Years Eve.

Good hotel but they really need to work on their breakfast options. Breakfast was not good with, offered very limited options and you would get tired of it the first day. Room service was OK, they don't vacuum regularly so if floors are dirty they would vacuum every other day. \ overall very almost average hotel nothing special about it. Staff is very good but for Hyatt name it was very almost average. I would've given below average if it was not for the friendly staff.
