The property currently has a lot of construction and are very very limited on parking. When booking this, it should’ve been announced that you may have to park two or three city blocks down. We had a very early appointment for my daughter at Children’s Hospital and due to her condition cannot I walk that far.

We've stayed here many times and always enjoyed our past stays. This time the automatic blinds on the two rooms we were offered were not working correctly. The staff should focus on how to leave the windows to look attractive, which make the room inviting. The receptionist was friendly and did send maintenance which improved the situation.

This was a great stay! Parking filled up quickly but the management was very good about being flexible. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast was great in the morning with all the essentials. Would stay here again. :-)

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel is in good conditions. We had good fun with the bar keeper. He was excellent. Arount the hotel was not really a lot going on.

This a great place to stay if you don’t actually want to get some sleep. No less than 30 Ambulances’ took off UC Medical Ctr. Also a giant window in the room and the shade was broken. Had to break it even more to block out the city lights.

This is an excellent choice for stay if you have an early procedure at UCHealth across the street. Because it’s on Colfax and near an ER it’s not quiet so bring your ear plugs. Beds are comfortable and staff is very helpful.

The hotel itself was great but the apartment complex directly across from me was very sketchy and clearly unsafe. I kept my shades drawn the entire visit. The area is clearly under construction which I believe may be why the area was in such disarray
