Most of the staff were rude.
First time in Denver, and almost everyone here was super nice. Except the staff at this hotel. The staff at the front have major attitudes. The bartender provided the worse experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even look us in the eyes, interact like a normal human being. I feel bad for her because she hates her life so much. Never returning to this hotel as there are so many others to choose from and I’m sure they’re a lot nicer.

Very so- so hotel. Not the friendliest staff. Overpriced everything including valet parking and bar/restaurant. The room was clean in certain areas with spots of filth in other parts. For the price, I’d choose elsewhere in the future.
