The Hotel, facilities and staff are wonderful. I learned not to book through expedia. They r, They ripped us off for 35.00. I will not use them again.

WE CHECKED IN ON FRIDAY NITE... I RAN THE SHOWER FOR 30 MINUTES AND IT JUST GOT WARM, NOT ENOUGH FOR A SHOWER. NOTIFIED THE DESK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT SATURADY . SATURDAY NIGHT, STILL NO HOT WATER. TOLD THEM SUNDAY...SAID SORRY. I NEED HOTEL.COM TO CREDIT AT LEAST ONE NIGHT OF STAY FOR THE LACK OF ANY HOT WATER. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, BUT HOTEL.COM NEEDS TO MAKE IT RIGHT SINCE WE BOOKED THRU THEM.

On one side of the bed the sheets were wrinkled. It looked like they had not been changed. The sofa upholstery was worn and had a large tear. I stayed two nights and there never hot water - it was at best lukewarm. The staff was nice and did offer me compensation.

This stay was a nightmare from checking me out and blocking me from room and possessions in error, forcing me to wait for almost two hours late at night to resolve and finally provide access to the room and my possessions. Claimed I was a no show even though I had keys provided by their employee. Then it was my credit card that was the issue. Tried to bill me for a one night no show fee which I will likely waste more time resolving! No apology or reach out from a manager over the room cluster! Ignored a privacy hanger on the door. Heat did not work properly and it was cold in the room even set at 80 . Lastly there was old blood on a wall near the shower. The kitchen counter was sticky gross and I had to clean it. The shower floor was questionable. A letter to corp is in order after this stay and it won't be this property again for my frequent stays in HR. Upsetting as it a very convenient location in HR and close to family I visit.
