Would never stay here again. Wouldn’t EVERERR recommend. Staff is okay. Parking is ridiculous $50 for packing is outrageous. Not the mention our bathroom mirror fell almost hurting my husband who was using the bathroom at the time. Staff just came to move it and offered no apology or anything.

Front Desk Personnel was not very friendly. Parking in the hotel is an additional $80. $50 to check in earlier. Our shower and sink was clogged, it was very uncomfortable to shower in a dirty clogged shower. They were able to fix the problem once I told them about it. We were thankful for that, but we had to go through it on day 1.

You lied about parking included. I had to pay a over night valet to park our car. The room was supposed to be a city view and it wasn't. Also there was no heat in the room. I called the front desk and nothing came about it. It was freezing. I regret booking with this 3rd party

Good staff but room was dirty. Our lock on our door wasn’t working at our check in, our bath towels smelt like grease, floor was dirty and baseboards were hangin off. Again cool staff just condition of our room wasn’t great.

Uncomfortable HOT room
Stayed a night and it was terrible. Couldn’t control the temp in the room because it was centrally controlled somewhere. Airflow broke and temperature reached to 84 degrees. Couldn’t sleep all night. I called front desk and the lady said they are hoping the engineer will come at 7am. So glad I didn’t have to stay another night. Customer service was bad. Definitely not coming back.

AC issues
Price was solid for the location. Walking distance to some of the best spots in downtown Denver. Parking down the street that’s $20 overnight - recommend “best parking” app to find it. Rooms was fine, outdated but clean enough. I did find some nicotine gum wrappers but no big deal. Biggest knock was the AC, I was sweating at night and it’s a central thermostat. You have to call to adjust it and shuts off. Uncomfortable overall
