The day of check out we asked for a hair dryer because the one available at the room wasn’t working. The receptionist said he can send another one, but then after 30 minutes we didn’t receive it we decided to check out, then I asked him why he didn’t send the new hair dryer and he said that I asked for it just 10 minutes ago and that takes a while to receive, he was trying to argue with me in a rude manner but I just said it’s okay. Also the heater in the room does not work and we had to ask for a portable heater, the elevators are dirty, overall, for that price find another place, not recommended at all. Also, you have to pay $45 por parking per night!

The valet parking service was OK, but pricey at $49 per day. The lighting in our King bed room was inadequate. There was only one lamp in the room at bedside. It was plugged into the same circuit as the entry way light. There was no way to have the bedside light (which had missing bulbs) working unless the overhead light was turned on. Also there needed to be a chair in the room other than the desk chair. The temperature control in the room was not working. The front desk told us, 'Yeah the thermostats are all not working, Sorry"

Cold but clean

The temp in the room never got over 58 degrees Fahrenheit, despite trying to adjust it on the thermostat. Calls to the front desk were never answered. There is hot water in the shower but takes a long time to get there. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was clean, just really cold

The shower in my room was working well. It takes 10-15 minutes for warm water and was not hot. And I requested to check it at the front office and engineer tried to fix but still the same. The front staff did not allow us to switch rooms either. Other people have also reviewed the same issue, but it seems like they are not trying to fix it. Other than that it was great.
