Invasion of privacy!
We said two nights. First night was ok until we had to sleep even though it was clear from the parking lot that there were plenty of rooms open they put us next to a joined room with a stranger next to ours. So we could hear everything going on next to us. Couldn't get any sleep that night between hearing our neighbor and the stuffy rooms AC we had to put in despite it being end of October. Next day two men workers knocked on our door and then knock loudly only to say they HAD to come in our room to test the fire alarms with smokers and just came it to do so. I asked for a late check out time being noon. Maid knocked on our door at 11:14, couldn't speak English used a phone and Google translate asking what time we were leaving at. I had to repeat myself and say we got a late check out, that is at noon ( I hate pictures of texts). Then at 11:30 they announced over their intercom that they would bring doing a fire alarm test in five minutes and that it would only last 10 minutes, if longer than it was a real fire. We started to leaving at that point but the rest lasted at least 15 min. To where I came to the front desk and some little girl said I already checked you out. And then quickly went to the guy behind me who said he was checking in. All while the fire alarm was still going off. I will never come back again. We even ate at the restaurant where they heavily over salt there food. I have photos of text messages to show but this site is not letting me. 😔

For a stay in late October I was put in a room with ONLY AC and no heat. I had to specifically ask to move to a room that had the heat enabled. front desk staff was consistently rude and unhelpful

I needed a place close to my ailing Godmother. This was a ten minute drive from there. The restaurants offered good food. Across the street was a Target and a Chic Filet. The exercise room was well equipped.

The property was nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I would appreciate an extra blanket in the room, and extra coffee and creamers too. Most of the staff was friendly but the one who checked us in seemed annoyed that we came in and couldn’t look us in the eyes. The location is good.

The manger was great and Jacob who made sure everything I needed was taking care of. The only thing is the house keepers never changed our sheets for us they made the bed but didn't give us a set of fresh sheets.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean which makes the stay even better. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is also convenient when you want to go to malls or explore Denver; everything is so close. I would say that the restaurant/sitting area does make you feel like you aren’t in a hotel, really nice and great ambiance. Would say the restaurant does take a while to serve you but they do get to you! If you’re hungry, I wouldn’t. Other than that great hotel and overall good experience.
