While the hotel is nice and the lobby was clean and welcoming. We experienced a very uncomfortable bed, loud heater, poor water pressure and somewhat warm shower but not hot. Pool was closed which is a reason we picked the hotel. Unfortunately we won’t stay here again.

I love coffee in the mornings. My coffee machine in the room didn't work. I did not have my room serviced on Saturday. My blids were broken and had to jimmy them to keek the sreet lights somewhat dimmer. Sorry but from Hilton one expects more.

Hotel pool and hot tub were broken for the entire stay. Customer service from Hilton and Expedia was absolutely awful. I deleted my Hotels.com app and account and will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again.

Expedia advertises as daily housekeeping. We were told at hotel it was only every other day. They said they would restock lotion and towels but never did. It was a great hotel other than that.

Mediocre Stay

Seems like a nice place, but want to charge for everything additionally especially to get breakfast or bottles of water that are typically free for members at other hotels. Said two waters were free and they were in the room, but they weren’t free in the room and I didn’t get two free at check in, which they said I did. Runaround over $3 waters. Bed is ok, pillows not at all. Water temp fluctuates drastically depending on how many people were using it I’m assuming. Pool was pretty much closed for the 5 nights I was there. Do you think I will get a partial refund because I planned to use the pool. Probably not. Market amenities and then not have them, but still charge as if you do.

Very nice

Really liked this hotel and its location. Very nice to have so many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Easy access to highways. Hotel itself was upscale as was the room. The price was good.
