The front desk and valley were amazing. They made a not so wonderful situation better. Friendly and welcoming. The room was ok, very quiet. Cleanliness was ok, there was a random kids hanger, hair in bathroom, ring around the inside of tub.

Upon check in, the room was incredibly warm. Set the thermostat to 70 and left for a few hours, only to return and the room was at 80 degrees. Let front desk know and they sent maintenance. He changed a setting on the thermostat and said it might not work. To no one’s surprise, it didn’t work. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms. Only one of the two elevators worked.

One of the elevators was not working. $45 a night for valet parking and the front desk lady said the outside area wasnt that safe to park in other paid lots. (No free parking) bathroom sink didnt drain very well. Breakfast was fine. Your typical hotel Breakfast nothing fancy. I would not stay here again.

Worth every penny
Place was clean and my room was a nice size! The breakfast was not bad at all. My brother and I enjoyed it very much. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the sink was not the best. Other than that, no other issues.

Room was not cleaned from prior tenant. Bed was not made and trash was left behind. Cleaning staff and drink desk were kind and helpful. Hotel is nice but not cleaning is a huge NO!

All good except the bed
Overall it was a great experience. The location was great and no problems with the service. We used the valet service which was pricey but we knew the cost and decided it was worth it. The only real negative was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a bed frame. If they change the beds, it would be a great place to stay. It was bad enough that I would probably choose somewhere else for our next stay.

The lobby was clean, and the room was clean minus the bathroom. The tub was filthy, the water was only scalding hot in the shower, and you can tell that some work has been done but not done well. The breakfast in the morning was very good, though the eating area was not cleaned often. Staff was friendly. Snack area was not well stocked.
