Front desk was not friendly, i didn't get a warm welcome when i arrived with my family, i didn't received a welcome bag like previous times, one out of the two elevators was out of serviced & never fixed in the ten days i was there, hotel snack bar & fridges for guest to purchase snacks and drinks was empty and never refilled, coffee was the worst coffee ive ever tasted. I booked a two storie room with a sink, microwave but it was useless because my microwave was filthy and i couldn't wash or cook anything because the hotel didn't provide anything like pots and pans or any dish soap to wash dishes. Ps. Valet parking sucks.

Watch out for parking
The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. What i didn't know was that they charge 45.00 for valet parking your car in the basement garage. I ended up parking on the street and worried all night about it being stolen. Had i known that, i would have found a different hotel.

Location is good, close to what we needed. Staff was amazing, friendly. Pool was on colder side, but they did have an indoor pool. Gym was nice too. Small but had correct equipment. One downside, two elevators but one was not working for our entire 7 day stay.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. We didn’t have hot water on our first day. One of the elevators was out of order so it was a long wait for the elevator. Staff was very helpful.
