The front desk staff was very odd, made me feel second to what he was working on when I arrived. I got over this...but I couldn't sleep all night because the entry door to my room kept slamming due to what I believe was the hallway air suctioning back and forth when other room doors would open and close. It constantly sounded like someone was trying to break into my room (which nobody was) but the door noise was loud and consistent all night. Location was close to the airport, pool was clean. Elevator had a broken button so we took the stairs. Not the worst if the hallway noise wasn't an issue!

The hotel was older and dated, not squeaky clean either, the conditioner wasn’t refilled in the shower. Breakfast had fewer items than most Hampton Inns I had stayed at before. Not a bad hotel but not great.

The staff who checked us in- (5pm) were anything BUT friendly. Charged some members of our party to park over night while staying in the motel. They didn’t charge others. They refused to talk any more than was absolutely necessary. And as far as a smile went, forget it!! Room was nice and quiet, nice beds. Staff can ruin a visit

Second stay here in the past 10 days. First stay was pretty good, second visit was not so good checking in for our rooms. Clerk was training a second person and the clerk just had a "edge" to his responses to my comments.

We loved that we could stay here, get transported to the airport early the next morning and then get picked up upon our return and taken back to our car that we’d left at the hotel during our trip. Very convenient!

We weren’t able to stay at this hotel and had to rebook down the road. The front desk staff was very rude and wasn’t able to check us in. After a 20 minute process of getting us checked in, the elevator broke down and they suggested that we leave and stay down the road. I expect to get refunded for this non stay.
