The hotel is nice. The room was comfortable. Only issue was for the first morning. The water for the shower was barely loop warm and not hot. I think there were too many people because of our event that was there.

The hotel location is ideal for great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. This is our second stay at this hotel. We were a bit disappointed for the second time around because they never accommodated us with adjoining rooms even though we asked months ahead. We had a room on the second floor and it was very loud because of the ballroom activities going on til midnight. We ate at The Local Jones restaurant in the hotel a few times and were very unimpressed with some of the wait staff. They made no attempt to acknowledge us and others were just rude. Sadly those few instances shadowed the other staffers that were exceptional.
