The front building staff were friendly. I did not have a vehicle for this trip and the valet team still greeted me and were so kind. Front desk staff were efficient, thorough, and informative. My room was cleaned daily (4 night trip) and it was an easy decision to leave a tip. Location is convenient to the convention center and many eateries. If my travels bring me back to Denver, I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe and seen.
