The location was great, breakfast was great, all the workers were great, I just dropped it from five stars because two days of our stay, we had to go ask for things like toilet paper and towels because house keeping didn’t pay our room attention. Other than that, this was worth staying in again!

Rigo was friendly, very helpful. The second front desk person vivianna was not as friendly and pretty unaccommodating. Stay itself was fine, clean, safe. They do not have early airport shuttle which is not advertised on site so plan on taking Uber/Lyft if you have an early flight.

All in all the property was nice. The only complaint we had was the airport shuttle. Monica at the front desk told us the airport shuttle ran every 45 mins. We went to the airport to drop off our rental car and called the front desk for pick-up and she stated the shuttle was there or had just left. I told her the shuttle wasn't there. Fast forward an hour later I called again as the shuttle still hadn't shown up, Monica stated that he was half way to the airport, I advised her that we weren't the only guests waiting for him. The one way trip from the airport to the hotel was 17 mins. There was no reason for him to take more than an hour to show back up at the airport and have us all waiting in the cold and rain. This left us with a bad feeling regarding the front desk staff who seemed as though they were covering for this driver who didn't take his job seriously.
