Beautiful hotel, very lively due to there being a bar and food. I love how friendly all the guest were and love that there wasn’t a lot of kids either. The reason for my poor review is the lack of staff to check people in, my toliet had toliet paper that was un flushed. The safe in my room was dead, I called the front office on my phone, to let them know and they sent security to my room at 1am to fix it. Which is a whole other story which was unprofessional. But to top it all off lock in my room was broken and t

I always stay here when i come home. Sfaff are friendly and do their best to accommodate any changes. I booked the incorect suite and i explained the situation and was taken care of like nothing ever happened. Location is close to everything we need. Nice clean property.

So I guess it was the timing, but apparently there was a convention or an auction taken place during my stay. It was a little bit awkward when I had to park because everything was full at the front part of the hotel and had to park very far from the entrance. Other than that, everything was fine. Very good place to stay, very calm and silent.
