Overall a very good stay. Property and rooms were clean. Staff for the most part very friendly and helpful (especially the gentleman who checked us out on 5/18 at 5am). Only complaint s are 1. Pillows are horrible!! Better pillows please. 2. We had the breakfast buffet on Saturday and the lady chased my husband down asking for a tip after she brought us the check. We served ourselves!! She wanted a tip for telling us about the breakfast buffet and bringing a check to us????!!!!

Wonderful rooms and very walkable to many restaurants and shops. However, customer service could definitely use a bit of work. You can tell that some of the employees are just waiting for the minute they can clock out. On another note, the food and drinks at the hotel's restaurant are pretty good.

Room was clean, spacious.. but the entire hotel, minus the lobby, is outdated, older and slightly Dingy. Old carpets, elevators floor crackled under my feet. Almost sank a bit. Overall pretty outdated. The lobby gives new appearance. The rooms give 1980’s vibes. Not bad for the price, though, I will say that. You gotta expect a little weathering from a hotel room just under 200. Staff was very very kind. I slept great. So can’t really complain. Oh, don’t go walking around the hotel at night. Like most city downtown districts, lots of crackhead activity just around the corner from the hotel. I definitely drove to the store for snacks. No walking around.
