They claim they couldn’t find my reservation, then put me in room 109 that had no Tv, no side dresser end stunk, when I told them the lady said that room was not to be an option. Put me in 105 and when I went get the cart to get my remaining items these guys were smoking weed at the main front door, I asked her why they can do that, went to my new room, when I went to return the cart she came and got it once I started back towards the front door because the guys were still getting high by the door. Now this room the TV did not work for hours I went to the front desk was told to restart the TV, got local Chanel’s but then went out again, they said it was the snow but all lobby TVs were on and I could hear other tVs next door. Sat morning went to the front desk Tv still doesn’t work and took pictures of the same error code 771, them moved me to room 329 TV WORKED FINE and it was still snowing???? Sunday night people in room 331 next to me were banging, yelling, moving things till 1;40 am, I called down to the desk for assistance, no one answered. Went down to the desk, the guy said there phones were broke. I said it happened on Friday too, yeah they are broke??? Told him about the people next to me, he came to their door, knocked and no one answered but the people continued. I am writing this at 1:55 am. I have to get up in 31/2 hours, I want a refund for 2 nights, Friday no TV, Sunday up all night,Mo posting of phones being down or TVs, management can’t control guests
