Hot tub was broken which for the average person is not a deal breaker but when you’re here for a parent getaway that’s a bummer. The biggest issue was the WIFI. Maybe everyone has unlimited on their phone but not us. Having internet is a big deal when your at a hotel just to get away. I called the front desk once and nothing got fixed. The next morning I visited the front desk in person and they said the manager would reboot things. Ultimately the internet never worked.

They claim they couldn’t find my reservation, then put me in room 109 that had no Tv, no side dresser end stunk, when I told them the lady said that room was not to be an option. Put me in 105 and when I went get the cart to get my remaining items these guys were smoking weed at the main front door, I asked her why they can do that, went to my new room, when I went to return the cart she came and got it once I started back towards the front door because the guys were still getting high by the door. Now this room the TV did not work for hours I went to the front desk was told to restart the TV, got local Chanel’s but then went out again, they said it was the snow but all lobby TVs were on and I could hear other tVs next door. Sat morning went to the front desk Tv still doesn’t work and took pictures of the same error code 771, them moved me to room 329 TV WORKED FINE and it was still snowing???? Sunday night people in room 331 next to me were banging, yelling, moving things till 1;40 am, I called down to the desk for assistance, no one answered. Went down to the desk, the guy said there phones were broke. I said it happened on Friday too, yeah they are broke??? Told him about the people next to me, he came to their door, knocked and no one answered but the people continued. I am writing this at 1:55 am. I have to get up in 31/2 hours, I want a refund for 2 nights, Friday no TV, Sunday up all night,Mo posting of phones being down or TVs, management can’t control guests

The property is in good condition for the most part. Normal wear and tear in the rooms. Eventually a renovation will be needed but not asap. Plenty of places to eat around the area some in walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean although the couches need deep cleanings alot of stains. The hot tub almost never works properly. Its a 8/10 which is pretty good

Everyone (staff) was friendly, however there were at least two times when I/we had to wait for the front desk agent to return to assist us with questions or concerns. When I checked out early this morning (around 1 am), I literally had to wait at least 15 mins to check out, although I prepaid for everything. The person assisting me said he was new and still learning the process.

Pull out sofa and sitting area had bodily fluids on the cushion and was clearly not changed of sheets. The space was large and comfortable other than the bodily fluids on the cushions of the couch

We didnt like that they had the hot tub clised down they should tell you begore you book a room we always look forward to a hot tub one reson why we stayed with yiu guys to find out it was closed down

The bath tub faucet continued to leak leaving the room humid and management appeared to be aware of existing issue. Internet not working so I had to use my personal hot spot. Otherwise, relatively pleasant stay considering we used the room mainly for sleep.

This property was located close to I-25, so leaving the next morning was easy. The down side, was that I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a day of traveling. But it was down being worked on. If I had known that prior to booking my room, I would have booked at another hotel.

Needs major upkeep
Evacuated from hurricane Milton. Got here after being up 36+ hours and 22 of them being travel time so we just wanted to shower and sleep. Could not get the shower on and called 3 times before someone came up. Something disgusting on the curtains, drawer that kept opening, and just really needs overall updating. I would give 5 stars to the lamp that was a nightlight and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, I would not stay here again.
