went to eat breakfast and the fire alarm was pulled, and some guy was waiting outside and started threatening me and my friends by saying he was gonna stab us and steal our truck, so we told the front desk employee and all they said was “yeah we’ve had a few complaints about him already”

They charged my card without asking how I wanted to pay. The keys didn’t work and after getting new cards, they still wouldn’t work out the outside door near our rooms. Showers floor were slippery and need at least one grab bar and better handle inside the shower.

Clean, safe, dated styling. Excellent hot breakfast with lots of choices. Shower was awkward. No shelf for shampoo and conditioner. Very touchy adjusting hot/cold mixing handle. Shower doors hard to open/close. Beds were comfortable. Overall a four out of five.

Very comfortable beds… The outside hot tub was fantastic… Hot and clean. The swimming pool was not yet open but looked excellent as well. The breakfast was great. The man at the front desk who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel.

A bit outdated

I thought staff was mostly friendly, but the area is not ideal. There are not many great things to do around, plus it at times felt unsafe with homeless people around. My room was okay, as soon as we arrived there were 2 flies and you can literally hear everything going on in the room next door, plus it had an after smell of weed. Also I have a dog and the outside area for them relive themselves is a decent size, but it wasn’t even grass and no doggy bags. Overall, I thought my stay was okay. I wish somethings could have been different.

Our room smelled of cat urine. The pool was under repair and was empty.(it would be nice to know this ahead of time) The breakfast was limited and inadequate. Some of it was undercooked and some was burnt as we could smell the smoke from the prep kitchen in all of the hallways on the first floor. We stayed one night and cancelled the rest of our stay there. The management was understanding when I informed him of the cat urine smell he told me there had been "comfort pets" staying in that room prior to us and he should have told the staff to inform anyone with allergies that they should not have been allowed to rent thst room. He discounted our stay to only$99.(i thought it should have been free as it triggered an asthma attack.) The reviews of this hotel are greatly exaggerated towards a positive review. I wouldnt recommend staying there to anyone. Its a shame Best Western has their name associated to this property.

The hotel should not list hot tub for use

I wish I would have known the hot tub was not operational. I booked this place specifically for the ability to have a soak after my red rocks show.
