This place looks nice in pictures and this place in person is a disgusting dump. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The sheets on the beds did not look turned sheets also had holes in them the bottom of the bed I kept kicking when I was standing next to the bed and it is metal. I felt like I was in a prison cell room. I paid $120 for 1 night stay. What a waste will never stay in this dump again! Save your money and stay somewhere else!!!! Also, when I was first checking in, I felt like I was in another country felt very strange and awkward.

Do NOT stay here!! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets were dirty with hair and glitter and there were stains all throughout room. The hotel owner was rude unprofessional and charged us $100 for being 15 minutes late on our check out.

Staff here were well above average and very friendly and accommodating. Room was reasonably clean with no active cimex lecturaris activity noted. However, there was a single cimex exoskeleton discovered between the floor board and wall. It was old and did not appear to represent a living sustainable populace. Overall not a bad place to stay.

I spent five days upon arriving to Colorado left for a trip to the high country on Friday upon returning to Denver I quickly decided to book my last few days at this location. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Will certainly consider staying there again if the opportunity presents itself. The indoor swimming pool was an added benefit but the whirlpool bath in my room was the absolute icing on the cake my seven days in total were one of the best experiences I’ve experienced in my years of traveling. The room was amazing and the bed more comfortable then most, however, the breakfast was not worthy. They served eggs and waffles and cold cereal. Half of my experience is breakfast before i leave.

The air conditioner was loud, the bathroom light was loud, it was a noisiest room I think I have ever stayed in. The bed was sinking and very uncomfortable. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the fitness center which was 100% misleading. Very disappointed.
