Not perfect but okay.

Needed new tiles, in bathroom and around the pool. The hot tub was broken. Everything else was good if you're not picky about things being updated. Rooms were clean.

Bad Bad dishonest

I reserved and paid for a deluxe suite king bed with jetted tub I arrived and checked into the room and realized I had been given a simple room with a normal tub shower combo I immediately requested to be given what I paid for but was not given a refund or another room I paid for something I did not get and was forced to stay in a lesser accommodation the pool was cold and the breakfast was horrible the hot tub was broken

This was a traditional stay at at Hotel that is a bit off the beaten path and is really meant for a quick cheap stay in a pinch. Overall I would just say that the hotel needs some upgrades. Our beds were not comfortable - they could use some new mattresses. And in our room as you walk in the door, it looked like a previous person that had stayed there had crushed a chocolate bar or a chocolate candy into the carpet. At first glance I thought it was poop but I am almost sure it was chocolate?? I hope? Overall the hotel just needs some upgrades and a deeper cleaning.

The room was decent for the price, however it was a little run down and not very clean. I literally took a wash cloth and wiped down the floors in the bathroom and shower/tub because it didn’t look very clean to me. Had a stale smell in the hotel but not to bad in the room. Overall it was ok but kinda iffy because it was to clean. Oh and maintenance was next door sawing and pounding away at 830-9 am. Good thing I was already awake but I would’ve been pissed if I wasn’t.

The rooms are nice sized and the beds are comfortable. I was disappointed in the breakfast, and also that the front desk came knocking at 11PM because they didn't know if my room was occupied. I had my baby grandson with me and it scared us both. Other than that the stay was fune

No housekeeping service on our entire 4 nights s

We arrived Thursday 3/20 in the evening and the room is basic 2 Q bed. 2nd floor . No elevator , with small Refrigerator and microwave . Our reservation is for 4 nights Upon using the restroom I noticed that theres No single Trashcan in our room, so I ask the desk person and he said that it will probably in the morning when housekeeping comes in. There was a Trash can in the room after we came back on Friday evening but the room was not clean . It was fine for 1 day so I just ask for new towels hoping they will clean the room for nxt day . Sunday b4 we left for an adventure , I told the desk actually the supervisor of housekeeping reminding to pls clean /serviced our room because they havent clean it since we stayed . She took our room number hoping our room will look nice when we cine back Sunday evening . But was very disappointed that it was not clean at all , our trash was overflowing plus another made up Brown bag trashcan that we use . Dirty towels on the floor , beds not made . This will be our last night (4th night ) & our room was never serviced/clean at all with our entire stay. So I went down and told the young man at the check in and demanded for a housekeeping service , explaining how frustrated I am that this is unacceptable . He was apologetic and said that he will call the housekeeping sup. We left for dinner and told him that I expect that our room will be clean after we came back from Sunday dinner. He clean our room himself since he did not heard from sup
