Do not stay here.
Chose not to stay due to terrible conditions. The place is being used as a homeless shelter. I did not feel safe even walking into the lobby. Waiting my turn in the lobby did not improve my impression.

Unfortunately they weren't very good at check-in here and I had to go buy my own plunger because yeah the toilet was like that unusable when I got up to the room and when I told the front desk she told me they didn't have any plungers or anything like that to fix the toilet so I went to buy my own so I could fix it toilet and use it so whoever cleaned the room did not do a great job because there was toothpaste sellers in the sink from the person before me I really wish I would have taken pictures but I'm not taking pictures of certain things gross

I can't get somebody to answer the door at room 215 I'm Rocky Harlan I booked a book to you I made the reservation playing with my credit card it's all done two guests one room with two double beds one party is there at the room with no phone and I can't get a key to get in what is wrong with that somebody get with me and my phone number 512-351-0428 or have the front desk at the facility open the damn door

There were several cockroaches in the room. Live and dead ones. What worse were when I approached the front desk area lady and she responded with little or nor concern whatsoever “oh really well lol at it”. She said it without even look at the customers as if it’s a common thing that she dealt with all the time. Horrific experience. This place needs a good deep clean up. I would love and more than happy to send in pictures and videos that I recorded so to prove that I am not lying here.

I had booked a room for 2 days left for food on one day stayed gone most of the day. They came in my room took my full bottle,and any clothes found to "clean". The overweight girl at the front counter Anna told me i could looked in the trash can for my stuff and to get out her face before she called the Cops. So i would def. Not bookon the one on I-35 lol unlesd its a life or death situation . Really disrespectful White girl works in the evenings. Big girl,With really long fake nail(looks like she not wiping her overweight ass) dingelberry lookin ass
