Hotel smelled like chemicals. Floors were filthy in the hallway. Mirror in bathroom interfered with the faucet operation. Front desk staff were wearing t-shirts that looked like they just picked them off the floor. Pool area looked like a cave…..never stay at this place again or recommend this place to anyone to stay at…

Asked for early check in and they did accommodate but only after the front desk told us we were too early (2pm). Front desk clerk was not friendly, no smile, no greeting; he seemed like we were interrupting his day. No hot water in lobby for tea. Toilet seat in hotel room was dirty. Bed was comfortable!

Room was clean; desk personnel very helpful. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom sink faucet handle hits the mirror, so either mirror too low, or counter too high when installed. Also the the drain plug in sink inoperative. No grab bars in the tub/shower area. But, overall a pleasant experience. 2 tvs in room very nice also. Could be a lamp in corner by sofa/sitting area.
