Not Quite As Expected

We were disappointed with the first room we were allocated as it was on the top level and a long walk from Reception and the pool. We were re located to a ground floor room after reporting this. The new room had a better location but was inferior. The room was less comfortable. No couch or other seating other than a desk chair. The one lamp was broken and room was very dark - too dark to read in bed. The fridge was not working well and was replaced when this was mentioned. The bathroom did not have a towel rail and there was only 1 hook on the back of the door, After showering water pooled on the floor. The flooring in the main room had bubbles. The location of the hotel was disappointing as we did not feel safe walking on such a busy road. Around the pool is very slippery and poorly lit - we had to walk this way to our room.

Value for price paid.

Lovely hotel but did not enjoy hearing the neighbours next door at night, with their TV up loud until midnight. The walk to the shops like Icon mall, in the heat, I did not enjoy. Otherwise it was a great hotel. Comfortable beds, pillow, and chair to sit on. Value for money. Pool is large and very shallow.

The hotel is pretty nice. The kitchen/ breakfast stuff is slow and never delivers to the right table or in timely manner. Do not use any credit cards with them for deposit when checking in. It’s hard to get it back. They say they will contact the bank, but there is no proof that they will do it, so you have to trust them. Overall, it’s cheap because it’s next to a very busy road where you really don’t want to walk.

Trying to give a very fair review. The staff were all very very friendly and accommodating. If you stay here it might feel like you're a touch too far away from the beach and the walkability of Sanur is compromised by easily flooded back roads. Highly recommend hiring a scooter or using local taxi/rideshare instead of walking. Clean & comfortable, the hotel is clearly well managed and staffed.

The Staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and bottles of water & toilet paper were replenished when required. The restaurant food was good and the massages were wonderful. I would highly recommend family and friends.

Although located in the main road through Sanur, we could not hear the traffic particularly in our room which has been the most peaceful sleep in our 2 week trip to Bali. Located near the beach but could probably advertise that more. The restaurant staff were mostly trainees and were slow to bring anything asked for eg. poached eggs took 25 minutes and a latte took 15 minutes!
